- Erik has contributed extensively to the recent success of Sony Ericsson by developing the usability and interaction design team in a very positive way. During his time as manager, the team has taken a big leap forward. With his depth of knowledge within the Usability area, Erik has guided the team forward and he has given them numerous tools to use in their daily tasks.
